The Sky Rc infrared thermometer is specifically designed to measure the temperature of motors, engines, battery chargers or entire RC vehicles. The measurement is non-contact and safe for the user.

For fuel engines, the thermometer allows you to check correct carburetion.
For electric motors, it allows you to check that there is sufficient ventilation of the motor

The device is easy to use. Just point at the target and press the measurement button to quickly and easily view the surface temperature.

The Sky Rc infrared thermometer has four different modes of operation:

Quick mode: Allows you to measure the current temperature and show it on the display.
Scan mode: The temperature is continuously measured and updated on the display as long as the measurement button is held down. When it is released, the last measured temperature remains.
Maximum temperature mode: The thermometer will show the hottest temperature that was detected in the time the measurement button was held down.
Minimum temperature mode: The thermometer will show the coldest temperature that was detected in the time the measurement button was held down.

The large LCD display allows you to view temperature, emissivity coefficient and battery status. It is also possible to select the temperature measurement scale by choosing between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
